DURATION:30hrs
The Course focuses on preparing students for placement and competitive exams. The areas covered are Business Etiquettes, Time & Stress Management and Quantitative and general aptitude
The Department incepted in 1998 currently offers BBA programme and M.A.Human Resource Management programme. The Post graduate programme was started from the Academic year 2020-2021. The sanctioned strength for BBA programme is 70 and M.A.HRM programme is 40.
The pedagogy of the programme consist of lectures, seminars, assignments, case studies, management games, role plays, group discussions internships and projects with emphasis on practical knowledge and personalized learning. The Department also organizes lectures by eminent speakers from industry, workshops and industrial visits to bridge the gap between institutional knowledge and industrial requirements, there by provide an avenue for job opportunities and professional growth.
