♦ The UG Programme of B.Com Accounting and Finance has been introduced in the selfsupporting stream with effect from the Academic year 2016-2017.
♦ Department established under Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) as specified by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
♦ The curriculum is a blend of Accounting and Finance subjects. Course comprises 22 core papers and 4 allied papers.
♦ The Programme equips students with theoretical and practical knowledge in accounting and finance.
♦ The course enables the students to pursue higher studies in Accounting and Finance and various professional courses such as CA,CMA,ACS,MBA etc.
♦ Accounting and Finance graduates are in constant demand around the globe with ample career opportunities and job prospects.
